Any damages caused by Tenant(s) or their guests may be deducted from the Security Deposit but will not operate to limit Tenant(s)’ liability for amounts exceeding the amount of the Security Deposit. Any additional sums due over and above the amount of the Security Deposit shall be payable upon demand.
